Northern 2 VCT (GB:NTV) has released an update.

Northern 2 VCT PLC has announced that as of July 31, 2024, their issued share capital comprises 223,893,807 ordinary shares, each with voting rights and a nominal value of 5p, without any shares held in treasury. This figure is the total number of voting rights, which shareholders can use as a reference for disclosing their voting rights or changes to them, as regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
