Northern 2 VCT PLC has announced that as of 28 June 2024, the company’s total voting rights amount to 226,051,775, with each of its 226,051,775 ordinary shares carrying one vote and none held in treasury. This figure is critical for shareholders and other individuals to determine if they need to disclose their voting rights or changes to them within the company, in compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
