Northern 2 VCT PLC has announced a final dividend of 1.2 pence per ordinary share for the fiscal year ending 31 March 2024, pending shareholder approval. Shareholders on the register by 26 July will receive payment on 23 August, with the shares going ex-dividend on 25 July. The company also offers a dividend investment scheme that allows shareholders to reinvest dividends into new shares with tax benefits and no dealing costs.
