Northern 2 VCT PLC has announced that Ranjan Ramparia will not assume the role of non-executive director at Keystone Positive Change Investment Trust plc, following Keystone’s recent decision to propose a scheme of reconstruction. The company confirms there are no further disclosures required according to the UK Listing Rules.
