Northcliff Resources Ltd. has secured a private placement financing deal, raising approximately $330,570 through the sale of over 17 million common shares to Todd Sisson (NZ) Limited, which will increase Todd’s ownership to an 81.43% interest in the company. The funds are earmarked for the Sisson Project expenditures and general corporate purposes, with the transaction awaiting final approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange.
