Northcliff Resources Ltd. reported strong shareholder support at its 2024 Annual General Meeting, with approximately 82% of outstanding shares represented and a near-unanimous approval rate for director nominees. However, shareholders voted against the continuation of the Company’s Share Option Plan. Northcliff, a mineral resource company, is working towards bringing its Sisson Tungsten-Molybdenum Project in New Brunswick into production.
