Northamber ( (GB:NAR) ) has issued an announcement.
Northamber reported a 22% rise in half-year revenue to £39.4m and a 14% increase in gross profit to £5.9m, returning to positive unadjusted EBITDA of £210,000 as cost growth was contained at 8%. The group maintained tight working capital discipline, modest leverage and a strong asset-backed balance sheet, while proposing an unchanged interim dividend of 0.3p.
Strategically, the company accelerated its shift toward higher-margin AV, UC and cyber security solutions and expanded its European footprint, with about a third of sales now outside the UK. The December acquisition of NUC Distribution significantly strengthens its unified communications platform and scale, and together with prior cost actions and growing services and cloud subscription revenues, underpins management’s expectation of a materially stronger second half and improving long-term returns.
The most recent analyst rating on (GB:NAR) stock is a Hold with a £33.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Northamber stock, see the GB:NAR Stock Forecast page.
Spark’s Take on NAR Stock
According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, NAR is a Neutral.
The score is held back primarily by weak financial performance (widening losses and declining equity) despite a debt-free balance sheet and improved FY2025 cash flow. Technicals are mildly supportive with price above key long-term averages, while valuation is constrained by losses; the recent acquisition is a positive strategic catalyst but not enough to outweigh profitability concerns.
