Northamber Exec Buys Shares and Receives Options

Northamber plc (GB:NAR) has released an update.

Northamber PLC’s Group Managing Director Jeremy Keefe has acquired 1,000 ordinary shares at 41.50 pence each, now holding a 0.004% stake in the company. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange and is part of a legal notification in line with UK market regulations. Additionally, Keefe was granted 67,415 CSOP options at 44.5 pence each in an off-exchange transaction earlier in January.
