North Peak Resources Grants New Stock Options

North Peak Resources (TSE:NPR) has released an update.

North Peak Resources Ltd. has issued incentive stock options for a total of 200,000 common shares at $1.00 each, half vesting immediately and the rest in one year, expiring in five years, with allocations including the CFO and consultants. The Canadian gold exploration company, trading under ‘NPR’ on the TSX Venture Exchange, is focusing on historic mining sites with the potential for low-cost production. It has recently acquired an 80% interest in Nevada’s Prospect Mountain Mine, which is positioned in a rich mineralization belt with a Plan of Operations allowing for significant annual mining and infrastructure works.
