North European Oil Royalty ( (NRT) ) has issued an update.
The North European Oil Royalty Trust announced the appointment of seasoned professionals Richard P. Howard and Andrew S. Borodach as Trustees, effective from October 2024. Howard brings over four decades of investment expertise in the energy sector, while Borodach offers over twenty-five years of legal experience with a focus on financial services and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Both appointees boast prestigious educational backgrounds and have no prior arrangements with the Trust, nor do they have family ties with other Trustees. Their compensation aligns with the Trust’s established policies.
