North Arrow Minerals Inc. has secured an option to acquire a 60% interest in the Kraaipan Gold Project in Botswana by committing to a $5 million exploration investment over three years. Additionally, the company is undertaking a 10:1 share consolidation and aims to raise $2 million through a non-brokered private placement, leveraging the listed issuer financing exemption for freely tradeable shares.
