Nortec Minerals Corp. has divested its 16.4% stake in the Kietyönmäki Lithium Project in Finland by selling its shares in Litiumlöydös Oy to United Lithium Corp. for $200,000 in cash. This deal also terminates Nortec’s involvement in a joint venture agreement, meaning the company will no longer receive royalties from the project’s future production. Nortec continues to focus on its zinc projects and retains an interest in a Finnish gold property.
