Norsemont Capital (TSE:NOM) has released an update.
Norsemont Mining Inc. has announced a delay in filing its annual financial statements and related disclosures due to unexpected difficulties in obtaining necessary information from its Chilean mining property. Consequently, the British Columbia Securities Commission has issued a management cease trade order that restricts certain insiders from trading the company’s securities until the filings are completed, which is expected by June 29, 2024. The company is focused on developing its Choquelimpie gold-silver-copper project in northern Chile.
