Noronex Ltd. (AU:NRX) has released an update.

Noronex Limited’s Director, James Thompson, has experienced a change in shareholdings, acquiring 7,608,528 unquoted options and 10,217,055 fully paid ordinary shares, with a total value of $87,866.67. The acquisition was part of a placement and incentive options scheme. Following these changes, Thompson indirectly holds over 60 million shares and more than 17 million options in the company.
