Noronex Director Increases Stake via Placement

Noronex Ltd. (AU:NRX) has released an update.

Noronex Limited has disclosed a significant change in the interests of director Piers Lewis. Lewis’s indirect holdings in the company increased through a participation in placement and grant of incentive options, resulting in an acquisition of over 1.8 million unquoted options and approximately 1.6 million fully paid ordinary shares. No securities were disposed of in the process, and the transactions did not occur during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
