Noronex Ltd. ( (AU:NRX) ) has shared an update.

Noronex Limited has announced the resignation of Managing Director and CEO Victor Rajasooriar, who is leaving to lead Wiluna Mining Corporation, with the board and executive team assuming his responsibilities during the transition until a permanent replacement is found. The company stressed that operations, including copper exploration under its strategic alliance and earn-in agreements with South32 in Namibia and Botswana and its uranium drilling in Namibia, will continue as planned, supported by a strengthened $2 million cash balance and a focus on advancing its large-scale exploration portfolio for shareholder value.

Chairman David Prentice highlighted that Noronex remains in a strong strategic position with a high-quality copper portfolio in the Kalahari Copper Belt and an active uranium program in a world-class district. The leadership change is presented as a managed transition rather than a shift in strategy, with ongoing funding and technical input from South32 expected to underpin the progression of key exploration assets and maintain the company’s growth trajectory for stakeholders.

The most recent analyst rating on (AU:NRX) stock is a Hold with a A$0.01 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Noronex Ltd. stock, see the AU:NRX Stock Forecast page.
