Nordson Corporation has appointed Annette Clayton, a seasoned executive with a rich background in operations and supply chain management, as a Director and member of the Audit Committee, effective April 1, 2024. Clayton brings extensive experience from Schneider Electric, Dell Technologies, and General Motors, and currently holds director positions at NXP Semiconductors and Duke Energy. Recognized for her independence under Nasdaq standards, she will receive a combination of equity and cash compensation and stand for election in the 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
