Nordson Corporation has appointed Daniel R. Hopgood as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective May 20, 2024. Hopgood, with a wealth of experience from his time at Eaton Corporation and Meritor, Inc., will take over from Stephen Shamrock, the interim CFO. Hopgood’s compensation includes a $520,000 base salary with the potential for significant performance-based cash incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. Additionally, he will receive equity awards valued at approximately $2 million and a sign-on bonus, both subject to certain conditions.
