Nordique Resources Inc., a Vancouver-based Lithium and Gold exploration company, has announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise up to $125,000 by issuing 2.5 million units at $0.05 each. The proceeds from this private placement, which is expected to close by September 19, 2024, will be used for exploration expenses and general working capital.
