Norden Crown Metals Corp has announced the successful approval of both a share consolidation and a shares for debt transaction, with the consolidation set to be effective on May 10, 2024. The company will trade under the same symbol ‘NOCR’ but with a new CUSIP number, and it has canceled its planned non-brokered private placement. Investors can expect a reduction in the final number of shares to be issued for debt settlement, with a new deemed price adjusted for the consolidation.
