Norcros plc, a notable player on the financial market, has announced that as of 1 May 2024, its issued share capital comprises 89,603,726 Ordinary Shares, with each share entitling the holder to one vote at general meetings. Shareholders are advised to use this number as a reference for any required notifications of their stakes under the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules, as there are no shares held in treasury.
