Norcros plc has awarded nil cost share options to two of its executive directors as part of its Approved Performance Share Plan, contingent on meeting specific long-term earnings growth targets. CEO Thomas Willcocks received options for 217,454 shares, and CFO James Eyre received 158,476 shares, with the potential vesting period starting in the 2025 financial year and concluding on the third anniversary of the grant.
