Norcros Executives Exercise Share Options

Norcros (GB:NXR) has released an update.

Norcros executives Thomas Willcocks and James Eyre have exercised nil-cost share options granted in July 2021, resulting in the acquisition and subsequent partial disposal of shares to cover tax obligations. Following these transactions, both executives have increased their holdings in the company, with Willcocks now owning 90,001 shares and Eyre holding 108,656 shares.
