Norcros plc has announced that as of 31 August 2024, their issued share capital will consist of 89,784,354 Ordinary Shares, each granting one vote at company general meetings. Shareholders can use this total number to assess if they need to disclose changes in their stake in the company per the FCA’s rules. There are no treasury-held shares to affect this calculation.
