Noram Lithium Corp. has announced the departure of Mr. Adam Falkoff from its Board of Directors, while also noting his continued involvement as an advisor. In addition, the company has issued 6 million deferred share units to certain directors and officers, which vest in one year, and has canceled over 7 million outstanding stock options. These corporate moves come as part of Noram’s strategy to advance its wholly-owned Zeus Lithium Project in Nevada.
