(NOP), a company specializing in organic phosphate exploration in Nevada, has successfully closed the fourth tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $75,000 by issuing 1.5 million units at $0.05 each. These funds are expected to further the development of NOP’s Murdock Property and support general working capital needs. Each unit sold includes a share and a warrant, with the warrant allowing the purchase of an additional share at $0.10 within five years.
