NoonTalk Media Limited has entered into a strategic partnership with property investment firm Merak Holdings Limited to incorporate Verve Media Live Pte. Ltd. (VML), a new entity aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and fostering innovation within NoonTalk’s media activities. Under the agreement, Merak will hold 81% and NoonTalk 19% of VML’s S$1,000 share capital, with VML tasked to develop an integrated media hub focused on media production, content development, live-streaming incubation and e-commerce, supported by Merak’s contribution of industrial premises and facility management resources at Bukit Batok. The initiative positions NoonTalk to expand its capabilities and footprint in digital media and e-commerce ecosystems while leveraging Merak’s property assets and operational support to drive value-generating opportunities.
