Class H has announced a final dividend of RMB 0.75 per share for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, with an updated payment in HKD at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.09936. The ex-dividend date is set for May 23, 2024, with the payment scheduled for August 28, 2024. The company also provided details on the withholding tax rates for different categories of non-resident shareholders, ranging from 10% to 20%, depending on the shareholder’s country of domicile and applicable tax treaties with the PRC.
