Nomura Real Estate Holdings announced the acquisition of 99,900 treasury shares valued at approximately ¥380 million, as part of a larger plan to acquire up to 1.8 million shares worth ¥5 billion. This strategic move, conducted via open market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, is set to continue into early 2025.
