Nomura Holdings ( (JP:8604) ) has provided an update.

Nomura Holdings reported steady growth for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, with net revenue rising 14.5% to ¥2.17 trillion and net income attributable to shareholders increasing 6.3% to ¥362.1 billion, while profitability ratios such as return on equity and margin on total revenue slightly improved. Total assets expanded to ¥62.6 trillion and shareholders’ equity per share increased, although the equity ratio dipped marginally, reflecting balance sheet expansion and a more leveraged asset base.

Operating cash flow and investing cash flow were both negative, offset by higher financing cash inflows, resulting in a small decline in year-end cash balances and underscoring the group’s funding-intensive business model. The annual dividend was reduced to ¥51 per share from ¥57, normalizing after a prior-year commemorative payout and lowering the payout ratio, while Nomura also incorporated Delaware Management Company as a specified subsidiary and adopted new accounting policies, signaling ongoing structural and regulatory adjustments within its global operations.

The most recent analyst rating on (JP:8604) stock is a Buy with a Yen1440.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Nomura Holdings stock, see the JP:8604 Stock Forecast page.
