Nomura Holdings Inc. and its related entities have become substantial shareholders in Task Group Holdings Limited, acquiring a 5.18% stake with 18,500,555 ordinary shares. The acquisition positions Nomura Holdings and its subsidiaries with significant voting power and control over the disposal of these shares as per the Corporations Act 2001. The shares are currently registered under Citicorp Nominees Pty Limited, but Nomura International plc is entitled to be registered as the holder.
