Nomura Holdings, Inc. has successfully conducted its 120th Annual General Meeting, where a significant resolution was passed to appoint 12 new Directors. The meeting, which took place on June 25, 2024, saw the approval of all proposed director appointments, with each receiving a majority of the votes from shareholders. The company confirmed that the required voting quorum was met and the approval ratios for the appointments were well above the simple majority needed.
