Nomura Holdings Advances Share Buyback Program

Nomura Holdings (NRSCF) has released an update.

Nomura Holdings, Inc. has made progress in its share buyback program, repurchasing 36,574,800 shares for approximately 33.87 billion yen between April 1 and April 30, 2024. The buyback, part of a larger plan approved by the Board of Directors to purchase up to 125 million shares, aims to enhance shareholder value and has reached an aggregate buyback of 82,798,400 shares, totaling roughly 74.88 billion yen to date.
