Nomura Fund Completes Investment Units Buyback

Nomura Real Estate Master (JP:3462) has released an update.

Nomura Real Estate Master Fund, Inc. has completed the purchase and subsequent retirement of its own investment units, with 47,756 units acquired for 6.999 billion yen and set to be retired on August 23, 2024. This move, which represents 1.01% of the outstanding investment units, is expected to have an immaterial impact on the cash distributions for the fiscal periods ending in August 2024 and February 2025.
