Nokia has unveiled a new strategy and updated operational model to lead the transformation of networks in the AI era. The company aims to simplify its operations into two main segments: Network Infrastructure and Mobile Infrastructure, to enhance product development, customer focus, and shareholder value creation. Nokia’s long-term financial goal is to increase its annual comparable operating profit to 2.7–3.2 billion euros by 2028. The company also plans to establish a separate Nokia Defense unit to develop defense solutions, reflecting significant growth potential in network and mobile infrastructure technologies.
