Nokia ( (GB:0HAF) ) has shared an announcement.
Nokia has reorganized its operations into two primary business segments, Network Infrastructure and the newly created Mobile Infrastructure, alongside a separate Portfolio Businesses unit for non-core activities, and has published recast, unaudited segment financials for full years 2025 and 2024 as well as all quarters of 2025. The new structure, effective from 1 January 2026, is designed to sharpen Nokia’s strategic focus on capturing AI-driven demand for advanced network solutions and the transition to 6G, with Network Infrastructure targeting growth in fixed, IP and optical networks under David Heard, Mobile Infrastructure combining core and radio networks with technology standards under interim head Justin Hotard, and Portfolio Businesses grouping lower-priority units; importantly, the reporting changes do not alter Nokia’s previously reported or comparable group-level financial figures, but will give investors greater transparency into the performance and prospects of its core and non-core operations.
