Nokia ( (GB:0HAF) ) has issued an announcement.
Nokia has revised its 2025 operating profit guidance downward due to currency fluctuations and tariffs, adjusting the range from EUR 1.9 billion to EUR 2.4 billion to a new range of EUR 1.6 billion to EUR 2.1 billion. This adjustment reflects the impact of a weaker USD and current tariffs, which are expected to negatively affect the company’s financial performance by EUR 230 million and EUR 50-80 million, respectively. Despite these challenges, Nokia’s underlying business performance remains as expected, and the company continues to project a free cash flow conversion from comparable operating profit of 50% to 80%.
