Indigo Exploration ( (TSE:NOBL) ) just unveiled an announcement.
Noble Plains Uranium has engaged Geomorphic AI to digitize and interpret a database of 1,211 historical drill holes at its Shirley Central project in Wyoming’s Shirley Basin. The move is part of a technology-driven strategy to convert legacy exploration data into high-resolution geological models that can support resource definition and improve exploration efficiency.
Following a successful pilot that validated AI and computer vision workflows for extracting and calibrating gamma-ray logs, the partners have begun full-scale digitization of roughly 1,200 remaining drill holes. The resulting modern dataset, including standardized downhole profiles, interpreted mineralized intervals and 3D visualization, is expected to guide confirmation drilling, accelerate resource estimation and strengthen Noble Plains’ positioning in U.S. uranium as market fundamentals improve.
