Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. has announced the successful re-election of its Board of Directors, re-appointment of MNP LLP as auditors, and the approval of both the Amended and Restated 2022 Equity Incentive Plan and a new general By-Law during its recent Annual General and Special Meeting. The shareholders showed overwhelming support with each motion receiving over 94% approval. The company, which holds significant mineral rights and exploration targets across Ontario and Quebec, will continue its diverse exploration efforts.
