Noble Helium Limited (ASX: NHE) has requested a trading halt of its securities, effective from the start of trading on September 19, 2024. The halt is in anticipation of a forthcoming announcement regarding a capital raising initiative. The halt will be lifted either on the start of normal trading on September 23, 2024, or upon the release of the capital raising announcement, whichever comes first.
