Nobel Resources Upsizes Private Placement to $1.2M

Nobel Resources Corp (TSE:NBLC) has released an update.

Nobel Resources Corp. has expanded its private placement offering from $800,000 to $1,200,000, with each unit consisting of a common share and half of a purchase warrant priced at $0.05. The raised funds are earmarked for the exploration of mineral properties and general corporate purposes, with the offering expected to close by September 18, 2024.
