Nobel Resources Corp. is seeking to raise $800,000 through a non-brokered private placement offering, pricing units at $0.05 which include a common share and a purchase warrant. The funds raised are intended for the exploration of potential mineral property acquisitions and for general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close by September 18, 2024, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
