Nobel Resources Corp (TSE:NBLC) has released an update.

Nobel Resources Corp. successfully closed an oversubscribed private placement, raising $1.27 million through the sale of 25.35 million units priced at $0.05 each. The proceeds will be used to evaluate potential mineral property acquisitions and for general corporate purposes. The offering, which included insider participation, awaits final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
