Nobel Resources Corp (TSE:NBLC) has released an update.

Nobel Resources Corp. successfully closed an oversubscribed private placement, raising $1,267,500 by offering 25,350,000 units at $0.05 each. The funds will be used to evaluate potential mineral acquisitions and for general corporate purposes. The offering, which includes insider participation, awaits final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
