Noah Holdings is set to reward its shareholders with a Final Dividend and a Special Dividend, both valued at HK$1.65 or US$0.21 per share, after a successful fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. Shareholders registered in Hong Kong and the Cayman Islands will receive dividends in their respective currencies, with the distribution dates set for July 25, 2024, for Shareholders and August 1, 2024, for ADS holders.
