Nouveau Monde Graphite Inc. (NMG) has announced the payment of accrued interests through the issuance of 172,048 common shares, valued at US$325,171, to Investissement Québec as part of a private placement deal. These shares will be delivered upon maturity, conversion, or redemption of the associated unsecured convertible note. The transaction is awaiting approval from the relevant stock exchanges and will be subject to a four-month holding period.
