Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB) has announced a voluntary public takeover offer to acquire Addiko Bank AG, with the offer period commencing on June 7, 2024, and remaining open until August 16, 2024. Interested parties can access the Offering Memorandum on the NLB website or through the Austrian takeover commission. NLB is also hosting a webcast for stakeholders to discuss the takeover offer on June 10, 2024, where questions will be addressed live by the management.
