Niraku GC Holdings, Inc. announced the successful appointment of Ms. Reiko Hachisuka as an independent non-executive director following a unanimous shareholder vote at their recent extraordinary general meeting. With her appointment, the company expects to enhance its governance structure. Ms. Hachisuka will serve until the next annual general meeting, receiving a monthly remuneration of ¥300,000.
