NIPPON REIT Investment Corporation has updated its financial forecasts for the fiscal periods ending December 2024 and June 2025, reflecting an increase in operating revenue, net income, and distribution per unit, attributed to profits from recent property sales. The revisions show a marked improvement in management status, with significant gains from the sale of Field Avenue and a 50% interest in FORECAST Shinjuku SOUTH. Despite these changes, the total number of investment units remains unchanged as acquisitions of own investment units are yet to be determined.
