NIPPON REIT Investment Corporation has disclosed the sale of three properties as part of an asset replacement strategy to enhance its portfolio’s long-term competitiveness. The properties, which include Shinto GINZA EAST, Komatsubara Yamamoto Mansion, and Belleza Kanayama, are scheduled for transfer between September and December 2024 with a combined expected transfer price of 3,078 million yen. The sales are part of the company’s strategic asset tiering and will contribute to its cash reserves.
